General Rules

1. Each participant is required to pay a registration fee of ₹50 which applies individually even for team events. Upon payment, participants can take part in multiple events.

2. All participants must present a valid college ID card during registration at the event.

3. During registration, individuals must provide their accurate names, as only those registered will be granted entry.

4. Event Heads hold full authority to modify the rules as deemed necessary.

5. No changes to team composition are allowed after registration.

6. Participants can compete in multiple events but make sure there is no time- lapping between the events.

7. Participants must report to the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time for each event. Late arrivals may lead to disqualification.

8. Participants are expected to maintain decorum throughout the events and any misbehavior, violation of rules could result in immediate disqualification.

9. Each event may have its own set of specific rules, which is shared in each event description.

10. Refer to the rules for any event- related queries and participants must adhere to these rules.

11. Respect the organizers, judges, and fellow participants.

12. Participants must adhere to the time limits provided for each round or activity.

13. Participants are responsible for bringing their own equipment (laptops, chargers, tools, etc.)

14. The organizers will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings.

15. Any issues or concerns must be brought to the attention of the organizers immediately. The organizing committee’s decision on grievances will be final.

16. Participants must comply with safety guidelines and avoid any actions that may cause harm to others.

17. The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any event without prior notice.

18. Any unforeseen circumstances will be dealt with at the discretion of the organizing committee.
